Banyoles is a city in the north east of Catalonia in Spain. It's a small city and is calm. My favourite places are the lake and the main square, but I don't like the center of the city, It is noisy.
Banyoles has got lots of shops and supermarkets. Intermarche and Consum are good supermarkets.
There are some interesting cities like Girona and Olot near here. There is a bus station and a boat, too.
