How to write and email to an internet forum

Hi

my name's Ferran Veciana and I live in South London in England. I lake the area where I live, and I want to imporve it.

In my opinion there isn't anywhere for youn people to go. There aren't any facilities for them. As a result the teenagers don't go out because there isn't any cinema or disco for young people.

I think young people spend all their time hanging around on the street. There are some problems with vandalism and graffiti. I'm sure they could go to a youth club and spend their time playing games with their friends, if they had a place to go.
